saw Uncovered: whole truth about iraq... last night

saw it in N. central Florida last night and must say it is a good documentary. Great collection of people in and out of the intelligence arena who have experience and know their stuff. Very well put together, much like the "Unprecedented" movie about the 2000 elections. I can't say it is 100% fact or a totally refutation of of the Bush administration because I haven't researched all the information myself yet but it seems very accurate. I really enjoy how (most of the time anyways) it stays above the fray and only attacks the facts, not the people. That gives it much more credibility in my book. I recomend to everyone who thinks the Iraq war (good or bad) was sold on lies and ask that if you do go see it, take a friend or colleague who supports Bush about the IWR issue to give them the other side. It is the best way to help open their eyes.

Everything in the documentary is not news to anyone who was a reader of this board or who listened to Democracy Now (Amy Goodman) radio program on the Pacifica Network.

The documentary is an excellent, fact filled rehash told by insiders in the know.

It's an indication of the times we live in when "underground" truth telling exposes`are needed to get the truth.

Getting truth-telling information in this manner gives a taste of how it must of been to live in times during slavery using the underground railroad or during WW II hiding away Jews in your attic from the Nazis.

I feel we are in an occupied country.

8. at the Hippodrome?

I went to the late showing, I saw them outside when the previous showing was letting out but their signs were down and they seemed to be packing it in for the night. I work at that theatre so I'm not suprised.

6. 1st saw it 2 months ago, but watching it again

is fascinating. I love the experts stating how the B* administration was manipulating the intelligence and then the film shows footage of them actually doing the manipulation. Great piece of work.

seeing their actual statements cut together with statements that are contradictory to the previous ones is really great. I would love to show those clips to Condi, Rummy, Dick and George and say, "Explain this!"

11. I saw it in a big Unitarian church building

....after the Sunday service. The place was jammed. The people were hissing. When Dr. Rice spouted her "bowels of the CIA" crap, someone stood up and hollered "Liar, liar, pants on fire!"
