2. Well, given the Bushevik dislike for free, fair elections
one would assume the Princeling Jeb would be headed over there to do just that.

I wouldn't scrutinize Jeb too much, the shaodwy plane full of Bushevik operatives and their hacker programs which will land at the darkened airstrip 2 hours after Jeb is what those Salvadorans should be worrying about.
