Regarding those blacked out portions of Bush's records-

isn't it a fairly simple process to find out what's under the layer of ink that did the blacking over? -it's hard to believe that anything in the 30 year-old service records of a medicore National Guard pilot could be seen as a threat to national security- why not show what's been hidden from view about the guy who's been given our top job and level of national trust...?

1. I don't think the originals have been blacked out...

I think the copies the WH has have been blacked out by the WH- and then photocopied for reporters. I don't think it is possible to tell from a photocopy what is under the blacked-out portion.

But yes- I do think they should release the FULL originals- we already know the man had hemrrhoids(sp?)- what could be worse? (hehe)
