Wolf does it again: blatantly propagandizes for Bush on two fronts
One: more clips/quotes from dumbo on how swell the economy is doing, this time, IIRC, with not one bit of counter as to what the truth of the matter really is

Two: REALLY REALLY disgusting......he replayed a clip of Calhoun from earlier, saying Bush was there, drilling with him; that those who deny it don't have leg to stand on.
Wolf then said something confirmatory of Calhoun, while not SAYING A WORD about Calhoun's having completely misconstrued the VERY important issue of WHEN he 'served' with him.....was is the SUMMER, as Calhoun asserts, for which there are no pay stubs, or later in the year?

de riguer acceptance of the pugline is apparently the CNN order of the day

4. No, CNN is part of Corporate TV Pravda
that which is part of the remnants of the Free Press of the Old American Republic. Given their parasitized, weakened and lazy condition, it is no wonder that their current favorite pastime is floating in the oily, scummy wake of

the Party-Loyal Right-Wing Sub-Media, which is the real determiner of what gets covered and for how long.

Party-Loyal Sub-Medias, be they Left or Right, are precursors and fixture of Totalitarian Nations.

A Party-Loyal Sub-Media is created to do two things.

1) To create an "alternative media" where fact-checking and journalistic ethics are not present, where the ONLY mission is to paint the Party in a good light. Also, these institutions are wonderful for programming automatons. Again, across all ideolog9cal spectrums, if one can program a subject to REJECT all NON-PARTY-APPROVED information, you have made a Brownshirt-for-Life.

It is interesting to note that the men who wrote up the ownership regulations in the 40s were people who were watching what Hitler on the Right and Stalin on the Left did with their media, how they used them as disinformation and programming tools. They were determined to create a set of rules which would prevent the same thing from happening in America.

And I'm sure it's just a coincidence that the Busheviks have fought so hard against these regulations for 30 years, dismantling them to such a degree that yes, we now have a Party-Loyal Bushevik Sub-Media and "sea changes" in mores of the wretched remnants of the Free Press have rendered them almost useless as actual "news" agencies.

2) The other reason is to, as I alluded above, use your media to force sea changes ion legitimate news orgainzations.

You might want to BULLY the Free Press so that they stop writing even truthful things that make the Party look bad. They can INFILTRATE and PARASITIZE the Free Press by insisiting that the Free Press treat them with the fairness the Party-Loyal Sub-Media scoffs at. This works really well, because once inside, like Hitler, they can destroy the edifice they hate by undermining it from within.

There are other methods and tactics outlined by wiser people than meall over the web.

But, to sum up, there are actually two media in the Empire today

1) Corporate (TV) Pravda, consiting of the parasitized, bullied, weakened, and almost ineffectual remnants of the post-WWII American Free Press which was the envy of the world.

2) the Party-Loyal Right-Wing Sub-Media which is a confederation of propaganda organizations dedicated to what similart institutions in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union were dedicated to...the protection and well-being of the Party. It is these institutions which have lead the Amerikan Press to it's current position as global laughinstock.

And they have done it on purpose. A weak ineffectual media poses no threat to Imperial Family Corruption.

6. CNN is like all American "news"
All of our "news" will follow the money. They are loyal to whatever the corporate masters approve, which is usually the conservative slant. No matter how liberal the newscaster is, you can't get around the fact that conservatives control what news actually gets reported and how it is presented.

The only exception to this is Faux News. In this case, everyone involved has a right wing slant that almost borders on psychosis.

8. Ol' Wolfy boy is a true Tree Sitter for * . However, the worst
of the CNN bunch is Carol Lin. I've never heard such contrived, premeditated shilling from an anchor before. "President * showed up on an Alabama Army base. Well that does it..the proof is in writing.
(They) shouldn't complain anymore". Carol..pull your head out. You don't cash your paychecks do you?
