Special Intrest Money & Kerry: This is a weak tactic
Edited on Mon Feb-16-04 04:14 PM by Homer12
The way I see it is that the right is testing the waters for which campain tactics will work on Kerry.

- The special intrest money and trying to peg it to Kerry's voting record is not working very well, since the hypocrisy is so apparent from Bushco and how they bend over and take it from their intrests by a factor of Millions. This tactics is weak and is going to fail.

- The Intern accusation simply holds no water and is being blown out of the system. It has exposed Drudge and the right for the oppurtunistic bottom feeder that he is, and the type of character assasnation tactic that they used on Clinton.

- Kerry's anti-vietnam record and Military record, they might gain some ground on this one, but when you compare his record to GW Bush national guard privlaged son service (even without the AWOL accusation). Vietnam has proved to be an illegal and ideologicaly driven war (much like Iraq 2). If the right keeps pushing this Jane Fonda mumbo-jumbo, they are doomed to have it explode on themselves.

The right is trying now to see what tactics and dirt hurt Kerry's armor. I don't think it's working very well.
