3. None here
I did that route once before in 1980 when i made the huge mistake of voting for Anderson instead of Carter. We got Reagan, whoopee.

8. Sure.
If one is:
1. Someone who generally votes for republicans.
2. Doesn't like Bush.
3. Doesn't like the Democratic nominee.

In this case, vote for Nader is perfectly reasonable.

Note: I am not claiming there is any individual who this applies to.

9. Yep.
There are reasons to vote for Nader, but I don't find them particularly persuasive. Here is a thread where I lay out my own personal reasons why, even if I were voting my conscience in the GE, Nader wouldn't make the cut.

10. Nader should run for Senator ...

If Nader is serious, he should run for Senator or Congressman. President isn't an entry level political position.

BTW, Clark wasn't a politician, but he was a senior level person in the Pentagon for a VERY LONG time. That is public service and relevant on a presidential resume.

We've seen enough of Bush to know that anyone, even Lieberman, would be a step up. Then there's this idea where we wouldn't have had Bush in office had just 300 of those Nader voters in Florida went for Gore.

19. Yeah, Deaniacs really suck.
All they did was resuscitate a moribund political party and open the political discussion on why Bush is a criminal idiot, leading the way for someone "electable" to be able to have a platform they can win on. (As in any war action, the first wave gets taken out.)

Damn them.

17. Sure.
1. Nader's enormous ego needs to be fed regularly. It's our duty.

2. Bush is so low in the polls now that we won't need all the votes we can get.

3. Just because it didn't work last time doesn't mean it won't work this time.

4. Kerry isn't <insert favorite here> so we should vote for Nader just out of spite.
