Texans--Rick Perry caught in bed with another man
Anyone know more about this rumor? I wish I could provide a link to the original poster on Atrios' blog, but it's buried in one of the comments sections. According to the poster "Houlden Caulfield", Perry was caught by his wife "entertaining" another man at their home. Houlden claimed to have heard this straight from a member of the Legislative Budget Board, an insider in Austin politics, in other words.

6. NO, that is untrue and here is why...
Because, as all of in states like Texas know: the Governor is a married man. Therefore, he is the victim of a vicious liberal smear"

Seriously, nothing about that cretin would surprise me but even if this story is true, it will be covered up, disposed of, and "liberals" will be blamed. Especially here in the Lone Star State.

Not that there's anything wrong with it, but if a man is a real man, he should come outta the closet.

There was a stink made about her getting an expemtion to getting her driver's license at 16. I think she was allowed to get one at 15 because of "hardship". His wife's name is Anita. Actually they have two children: Griffin, a son and daughter Sydney.

...you are imagining it. Republicans don't *do* sex scandals (why? they cover for each other in their corporate media)

Personally, even if Mrs. Goodhair had it on film it would still really be Clinton's fault. Why? "He set a bad example" And, even I have to admit, Gov Goodhair is about as bright as a bag of hair.

I'm not saying he is or he isn't. And if he is gay there's nothing for him to get defensive about, it's his choice and he should be able to live his life anyway he sees fit.

However, this rumor, if I'm not mistaken is about the Governor and the Secretary of State.

But if Tom Delay is gay there's nothing at all wrong with that and we should let him know that we support him. :)

She has her sights set on replacing Governor Goodhair (Rick PERRY, he of the TX redistricting-Tom DeLAY theft). But before Scott gets over his post-traumatic-stress-disorder from the crumbling Shrub regime, there will have to be sessions between him and mommy around the question, "How come Brother got the cushy FDA job, while I got this hellhole press secty job for Shrub? Did you like Brother better?"

Maybe she'll "go Hispanic" for the Hispanic vote: Carole Keeton McClellan Rylander Strayhorn-GONZALEZ MARTINEZ BUSTAMANTE.

Now that Carole Keeton McClellan Rylander Strayhorn has remarried (again), do you suppose they'll rename 26th Street to match?

Kika, technically the street is named after her father, former Dean of the UT Law School. But I've always figured it was really named in tribute to Carole K.M.R.S. and if she weren't a powerful politician, UT and the city could've found somebody else to name it after.

http://www.ourcampaigns.com/cgi-bin/r.cgi/CandidateDetail.html?&Candid ...

She is married to Ed Strayhorn, the founder and president of the oldest tennis court construction business in Texas. Mr. Strayhorn also is an accomplished jewelry designer whose works are on display in galleries across America.

They are the proud parents of five grown sons, and proud grandparents of four young granddaughters.

Her son, Scott McClellan is the new White House Press Secretary.

********UNQUOTE*******
The "Keeton McCLELLAN RYLANDER STRAYHORN" part is, indeed, Carole's collection of surnames, but just a joke at the street named in political sychophancy for her father, Dean KEETON.

How to Get to UT Austin
The University of Texas at Austin is located in the heart of the city of Austin, just north of the downtown area. Campus is just two miles from the State Capitol. Main thoroughfares around campus include Guadalupe to the west, MLK to the south, Red River to the east and 26th (Dean Keeton) to the north. Check out the main area map of the university.

IH-35
Take MLK Boulevard exit heading west for South campus; campus will be on your right. Or take 26th Street (Dean Keeton Street) exit heading west for North campus; campus will be on your left.

65. Oops, forgot to clarify "Texas Democrat"
It's a Texas term for Democrats that were only Democrats so they could win in a Democratic state. When the "wrong" wing took over Texas they "flocked like doves" to the appropriate party. My history on Dean Keeton, even though I worked at the UT Law School, is rusty. He may have been a true Democrat.

48. let me get this straight
and really there is no pun intended - really.

The Governor of Texas was caught by his wife "entertaining" the Secretary of State of the state of Texas at the Governor's home.

And this is a rumor that has not be confirmed but that a lot of credible people believe is true.

And the Governor's wife has left the Governor's mansion in Texas and may have served him with divorce papers already.

Is that it? Have I gotten anything wrong? Is there anything I'm missing?

Oh, and also Matt Drudge is gay. But that's a different rumor, right?

Mostly off-topic, but I think Columba caught Jeb with another woman not that long ago. Maybe she returned early from a smuggling trip.
