2. All Republicans should have lobotomies
Using the 1950s logic that all deranged people should have lobotomies...

WTF is happening in this country? I don't like it when countries are ran by degenerate, petty, cheating traitors.

3. Redistricting
Edited on Sun Feb-15-04 03:37 PM by raysr
There're loading the deck every way they can, their boy is sinking. Why aren't the Dems more active in this redistricting game?

4. They're not in power!
It seems that the party in power has the ability to do this kind of stuff. Look at Texas!

You're right, it's happening all across the country.

Unless I'm missing something, it looks like this would benefit local politics and the House & Senate, but I can't see how it would benefit the Presidential election.

Am I wrong?

5. You'd be wrong there....
The Democrats still control the state Senate in Georgia.

The house and Governor's mansion are controlled by republicans, but only because Democrats changed parties to (R) after the electronic voting machines declared Sonny Perdue the winner.

6. Repugs are going about this all wrong
<sarcasm>

This state by state redistricting could take years. What they really need to do is pass a constitutional amendment mandating that all elected officials at local, state, and federal level be religous fundamentalist repugliklans.

Then they'll have the country they've always wanted.

</sarcasm>
