Russert - B+ grade on questioning Gillespie
Russert is doing a pretty good job on Gillespie.

Quotes Washington Post (a Buzzflash article reference, too)about b* being KING of Spec. Int.

Gillespie quote: "Special Interest Money is not the issue in the campaign."

Russert shows chart - Enron on top of the longest cash receipt in history.

2. Gillespie performs so poorly another spokesperson will soon appear
disregarding that what he is saying is full of shit, poor eddy is not capable of performing his task of articulating the gop message.

each time his message is caught in an internal contradiction, he looks so damned confused, like he's a guy in a hurry and finds he has to stop and tie his shoe lace and if he weren't such a god damned liar i would feel sorry for him as he fumbles around trying to put lipstick on a pig with each tv appearance.

oddly enough, in this modern age of partisan media pundocracy, there are scores of right wing tv talking heads who articulate better on tv for the gop than Gillespie, and it is a possible that Gillespie looks so bad as an advocate of the gop message because the public is used to more theatrical expositions by others in the gop media camp.

we had a telegenic president in reagan, soon we will see the appearance of a telegenic and articulate messenger for bush.

this is america, we will listen to a pretty face.

remember, shit don't smell so bad when it is wrapped in perfumed paper.

3. I watched it this morning
and I agree, Russert was pretty good. But he missed the opportunity to follow-up on a number of Gillespie's lies and mis-representations. I guess that's what happens in a short segment format. All of what Gillespie said was the same old, same old - I could have gotten of it directly from the RNC website.
