Bush's fiscal report in Feb 2003 claimed 1.7 million new jobs for 2003. REALITY:

- 57,000 jobs created (lost). His 2004 job projection was 2.6 million, but the Chimp rose that estimate to 3.8 million, the same day the weekly job index dropped below the expectation of ananylists. Some 6000 more first time unemployment claims were filed last week, bringing the first time claims total up to 363,000.
