Biggest difference between the 2000 election and now? (The Internet)
The Dems own it! Oh sure the prissy little repukes have the turds on Free Repuke and the Fadora wearing little boy named Drudge, but that's about it.... We Liberals own the net and we have used it to great effect the last couple of years. Let the Repukes and the compliant Media Ho's try the same shit as they did in 2000 and we'll nail them in full force.

I look forward to this election and all I can say to the Candy Asses on the Right... BRING IT ON BITCH!

1. Be Careful about braging.
I have said it a million times.

Bush has a 200 million warchest.

Look at what negative ads did to Max Cleland. His loss of limbs and Vietnam service, along with being a top notch Senator from GA. did'nt save him from the GOP machine.

The polls mean NOTHING TODAY.

Be very afraid. Do not take anything for granted.

3. The $200 million is overrated. We have Soros $ 5 billion.
Seriously, the Dems will raise as much as Bush.

The Repukes always had more money.

Besides, Bush's support is already compromised. His benefactors are getting cold feet.

Bush may be forced to withdraw from the race.

Resign?
Impeach?

5. It's not what you have it's how you use it.
My point being, that yes, Repgs always have had money. But no other campaign used it in the way this group of thugs have.

Bush is not going (unfortunately) anywhere.

No resiging, no giving up.

Remember, Bush was sniffing around the White House during the 8 years his papa was VP, when papa was pres. for 4yrs,

Jr. is a very dangerous, saavy competitor who loves the fight.

I am stuned at the last of respect people have for the level of fight that little cock has in him.

Please, please, please do not underestimate.

Look at how they fought and fought during the hours and days after the 2000 election. They didn't give up the fight, we did.

7. Even the dorky press
has figured out what they did to Cleland. They mentioned it when he has been around Kerry. If people pay attention they will see it. I think he will be campaigning heavely for Kerry and people will be reminded. He will be a winner for John.

2. You got that right
I remember how lost I felt during the campaign and for months after the selection. Now we have DU, Buzzflash and so many many more. I'm very grateful to have a place to share similar views even if we sometimes disagree ;)

4. 200 Mill for attack ad's.. Big whoop
We attack back on the Net by swamping the outlets that allow the attacks... and we do it on the cheap... The Net allows us many more options in 2004 than in 2000....

Bring it on....

8. Remember...Moron America is our biggest enemy
If we can influence and disrupt the right wing talking points and attacks it will certainly keep the bullshit from completely infecting Moron Americas minds!
