Dental records?

I don't remember EVER getting a dental exam in the guard.
As far as I know, we didn't HAVE squadron/wing dentist.

If I remember right (it's been a while) our Flight Surgeon was a urologist in Birmingham. I'm sure he was qualified as an Air Force Flight Surgeon, but we sure as hell didn't have a dentist, as I recall.

I think he, or a medical technician, may have looked in my mouth during my annual flight physical to see that there were no gross disorders. But a full blown dental exam as shown in Bush's records?
