Although the Republican National Committee denies it, The Business Standard in India reports that the Republicans are outsourcing campaign fund-raising to India. The new law in the US allows people to opt out of telemarketing from everyone except political parties and non-profits. If the RNC is outsourcing to India, I guess it leaves only the Democrats and non-profits for people who make a living in telemarketing. Bummer.

I didn't realize that Bush was talking about jobs in India. (I personally don't have anything against creating jobs in India...)

Dobbs presented the falling economic value of our tech sector and service sector. SO much for the Administration's line about the US becoming a "service economy". Let's see, manufacturing, technology, and now service sectors leaving. What the hell are we supposed to retrain for?

Lou Dobbs is doing EVERYONE a great service by exposing "free trade" for the fraud it is.

I don't care if he is a Republican. This is the #1 issue that affects EVERYONE's life in America.

Lou sees through the "unemployment" shell game. He knows that once your benefits are done, you're off the roles and no longer considered "unemployed".

Payroll receipts are the best figure to watch. The Bushies don't like this because then the "self-employed" don't show up "unless they employ. That is, people who work for dick and have no health benefits aren't counted in those figures.

A priority for ANY new administration should be creating a new index that accurately judges the level of employment and QUALITY of that employment!!!!
