According to former Bath business associate Bill White, who was interviewed by Bob McKeown (see http://sanderhicks.com/billwhite.html), Bath lives "in Simmons Bottoms." That's a small town about ten or twelve miles north of Dayton, TX. It's also the name of a road that runs through Dayton and Infospace shows the following listing:

4. From the DOI, I'd guess Bush took the military competentcy route.

Strange that Bath has no type ratings. I would have thought that an aircraft broker would have picked up a type or two along the way.
