Does anybody know when Maj. Gen. Daniel James was

appointed to director of the Air National Guard. He was the man who reportedly "cleansed" Bush's TANG records.

We know that Mueller was made head of the FBI in 7-01. He was the prosecutor who botched the BCCI investigations under Poppy.

I couldn't find much through google on James, but was curious if his appointment was made in 2001 also.

I seem to recall that the head of the FAA appointment was made in 2001 and the head of FEMA in 2001 also.

I realize when a new president comes in, many new appointments will be made,however, with 9-11 some are obviously more critical than others.

Maybe my tinhat is on a little tight, but does anyone else think there could be something behind this curtain?
