Now that AWOL is out of the Bag it's time to push Cocainegate
Edited on Thu Feb-12-04 04:15 AM by JCMach1
The press buried this story in 2000 as well.

It's time to revisit the material Hatfield uncovered in 'Fortunate Son' in addition to material that has surfaced since.

DUers, let's construct a dossier of information on Bush and cocaine use and start circulating/publishing it.

Shall we begin? ? :)

Let's take this seriously... keep it kicked up.

I will begin:

Democracy Now interview with Hatfield

1. That story would
involve brother Jethro too. So we'd be able to put the heat on both at the same time.

2. Let's dig... I will put the pieces together and post them here
and on my website...

I will also put together an activism pamphlet similar to what I did on AWOL... last year before the beginning of the Iraq war.

4. Let the AWOL story die out...
...then throw out another- SPIN THIS>>>>>>>>>>>

...then when the cocaine stuff dies out- throw out another-SPIN THIS>>>>>

THen through out two at once- repeat as necessary...

We might as well get used to the fact that they are going to hit us as hard as they always do...

Commentary about Fortunate Son by J. H. Hatfield *easily found at http://www.amazon.com

Some 90,000 copies were withdrawn from sale by the publisher, Thomas Dunne Books, because it highlights information that George W. Bush was forced to perform community service in 1972 after being caught in possession of a controlled substance, cocaine.
SNIP
Hatfield details how sources told him that Bush was ordered to do community service with an operation called Project P.U.L.L., a program for poor African-American youths in Houston, Texas. This is not disputed by Bush and, indeed, he has spoken about it publicly as used his "caring" gesture to support his presidential campaign, ironically.
SNIP
We are asked to believe that George W. Bush, a hard-drinking, hard playing, romeo, driving his expensive sports car and flying for the Texas Air National Guard, suddenly dropped everything, worked voluntarily for this charity, and then suddenly left the project and went back immediately to the above lifestyle once again as if nothing had happened. Yeah, and Bill Clinton is a celibate nun.
SNIP
Hatfield next called a former Bush classmate at Yale University where Bush, like his father and grandfather, had been a member of the infamous Illuminati bloodline operation called the Skull and Bones Society (see The Biggest Secret, And The Truth Shall Set You Free, etc.). This classmate, a family friend who had partied with Bush in the sixties and seventies in Houston, had contributed information to Hatfield for other sections of the book which proved to be accurate.

Hatfield asked him if George W. had volunteered to work for Project P.U.L.L. in 1972 or if he had been ordered to do so by the courts. Bush's classmate replied:

"I was wondering when someone was going to get around to uncovering the truth. Evidently, you kind of glossed over it in the book (the manuscript at that time) like a lot of other reporters have done in their newspaper and magazine articles. It doesn't fit, does it?"

"George W. was arrested for possession of cocaine in 1972, but due to his father's connections, the entire record was expunged by a state judge whom the elder Bush helped to get elected. It was one of those "behind closed doors in the judge's chambers" kind of thing between the old man and one of his Texas cronies who owed him a favor. In exchange for successfully completing community service at Project P.U.L.L, where Bush senior was a heavy contributor and honorary chairman, the judge purged George W.'s record."

Does that help our effort? I'll keep digging!

11. 4. Bush admitted working for PULL
But the Texas governor had admitted to working at Houston's Project P.U.L.L. in 1972, and Hatfield says he began to wonder if that was actually the community service sentence. Hatfield says he confirmed those suspicions with three sources close to the Bush family he had cultivated while writing his biography, which publishes Wednesday.

13. 3. Known Bush court records
We have no PRECISE records... However, if they were expunged or sealed we might never know. If he only appeared before the judge, you would have to have an eye witness to the proceedings.

================================================================
Mr Bush was arrested near his family's Kennebunkport summer home on September 4 1976, when he was 30. Police saw his car swaying from side to side. Mr Bush had three passengers, his sister Dorothy and the former Wimbledon champion John Newcombe and his wife. Mr Bush pleaded guilty to the charge. He was fined $150 and suspended from driving in Maine for 30 days.

It is Mr Bush's third known arrest. He was charged with disorderly conduct in 1966 after stealing a Christmas tree while drunk when he was a Yale student. The charges were later dropped. The following year he was arrested in New Jersey for disorderly conduct after a college football game. He was given a caution.

Mr Bush was asked by reporters in 1996 if he had any arrests for drunk driving. "I do not have a perfect record as a youth," he said at the time.

As Mr Bush fought to prevent the news from slowing his march towards victory on Tuesday, his aides tried to shift the focus with allegations of Democratic Party dirty tricks...
