1. Are these the "homosexuality=AIDS" people? Sickening.

Whenever anyone makes an anti-gay comment (especially concerning same-sex marriage) we need to call them bigots and render them irrelevant. It should turn out to be an effective way to win this fight--take the high ground.

2. alas, calling them bigots by itself doesn't work

firstly, they have no problem being calle dbigots. They even revel in being told they are intolerant.
The beauty of thier position is that all they have to do is come up with some rationale that what they want to do is what God wants them do and they can do it regardless of consequences to others. or even if it is against thier own supposed religous beliefs.

These guys break their own 9th commandment (don't bear false witness) not to mention everything Jesus is supposed to have said on how to treat others with every page and comment.

Secondly, you have to be careful not to be too angry becuase there are still people who are otherwise good people but simply ignorant of gay people. They have always heard that gays liek small kids and have never had any reason to reconsider thier position.
Calling them a bigot just makes them move deeper into the homophobe's camp becuase al they see is a militant gay guy they were always told about attacking them.

Fortunatly, these guys in the former camp (the fanatics) are a dying breed. They know they are losing, and that swhy they are so eager to have thier agenda fulfillled. They know they don't have a lot of time left.
