Did Rush threaten Bush's former guard associates today?

Rushbo said today that the reason people who served with Bush aren't coming forward is because they are afraid of the spotlight and the scrutiny.

That sounds like a threat to me. A barely veiled threat. It sounds like "you'd better not come forward to say anything, or you'll be Dixie Chicked."
