O'Reilly tonight . . . . .
will talk about the judge that let Joseph Smith go. If you have seen the promo they are really going after him. Do you think what O'Reill will do is fair or does the judge deserve the criticism he is getting.

3. Considering that
Bill "wholly without merit" O'Reilly, is not a lawyer, certainly not a judge and has no formal legal training. Why would I give any credence to his completely ignorant rants concerning matters of the law?
