Sounds like community service to me and a Bush don't do no community service unless is was to work off a criminal penalty...

2. The zoomed in section (Jan '72- July '73)...
That sure looks like the profile of someone who lost control of their "habit"- the erratic work at the beginning, the "missing" section in the middle, and the hurried cram session at the end.

Been there, done that!
