2. He keeps blaming the

international community and Clinton for faulty intelligence because they thought he had weapons too. But that premise goes back to the 80's and mid 90s, as does the "gassing his own people" mantra. He has made no mention of new evidence for 2001+, except the bogus Niger claim. Must have been that he absolutely discounted out of hand all the fresh EVIDENCE from Blix and company. Quite a time warp to his alternate reality.
