It was a FREEPER who asked the WH those stupid questions
In Tuesday's White House briefing, some real clinkers were asked of the press secretary. Turns out that the questioner is a FREEPER!

The topic was the missing year of Bush's military service. From out of the blue comes this exchange:

JEFF GANNON (Talon News): Since there have been so many questions about what the President was doing over 30 years ago, what is it that he did after his honorable discharge from the National Guard?

Did he make speeches alongside Jane Fonda, denouncing America's racist war in Vietnam?

Did he testify before Congress that American troops committed war crimes in Vietnam?

And did he throw somebody else's medals at the White House to protest a war America was still fighting?

What was he doing after he was honorably discharged?

MR. McCLELLAN: We've already commented on some of his views relating back to that period the other day. And, obviously, this was a time period also when he was going to get his MBA at Harvard. But the President was certainly proud to serve in the National Guard.

TERRY MORAN (ABC NEWS): And would the White House consider those actions by Senator Kerry, that Jeff mentions fair game in the political season?

...............

He posted his *brave* exchange on freerepublic for the adoring sheeple there. Here, he boasts about the reaction of the REAL journalists:

To: dead
I call it the "gasp" factor. The media stars were apoplectic when I let loose with that! If you didn't see it, catch it on C-SPAN.com later.

3. you can see....
....his "insider" views of real White House correspondents by reading his posts on freerepublic.com. He mentions Terry Moran, Ann Compton, April, Helen Thomas, etc. etc. etc. He's a real blowhard and a hack.

4. If it were up to the freepers
Bush would be president for life and he would have complete, unquestioned and unchecked power.

Also, people like this fucking loser would be the only "journalists" around.

"Mr. President, this may seem like a tough question, and I may seem over the line in asking this, but why do you love America so much? And why does everyone who opposes you hate America so much?"

2. And the answer to those fine questions.
You ask, "What was he doing after being honorable dischraged?"

If you must know, he was doing several lines of a very fine cut of cocaine.

5. I was just watching and reading the briefing and wondered
who that was and what the point was. I liked the way the Press Corp guffawed at it.

What was more fun was the whole first part as real reporters were just hammering Scott for not giving straight answers. Things like "I asked a simple question; how about a simple answer?"

Scott used the word shame an awful lot and kept referring to 'some people'. Man was he on the ropes.

When did the WH Press corp grow gonads?

7. Yeah, I like how they reacted when he said that line of crap
You can tell he has not credibility...

And, yeah, that "simple question" line killed me.

It was really fun to watch!

11. He said Terry Moran...
...gave him a thumbs up for his cleverness after he asked the questions. I guess the dolt doesn't realize that Moran was mocking him. What an outcast.

16. Just What The Hell...
... is a Freeper doing in the Press Room at the White House? Just how does such an avowed wingnut (who has the "professionalism" to post his trash at FR after the fact) even GET press credentials to participate in that usually privileged and unique group?

I know that this is a stupid question - after the Theft of a Presidency and an Invasion with all the might of the United States military of a non-threatening foreign country - but just where does this cabal find the balls to be this obvious, this brazen, and this arrogant?

Can you imagine if Clinton's Press Group had credentialed Hunter S. Thompson? Christ, it would be enough for the Republican mob to consider, oh I don't know ..... articles of impeachment!

:)

17. its just the other side
reacting and defending the president.
Bottom line is Bush disgraced himself and this country 30 years ago. He used his family's money and powers to f$ck off.

I know Kerry went to Vietnam in 1966. I would love to know what the politics was like then. It was the beginning of the Vietnam conflict.

In the case of politics vs military we lowered the bar in 1992. Even though Clinton did not have money and power back then he was a genius in his thinking and new how not to get drafted.

There is no reason in mentioning what Kerry did 30 years ago cause it was in the initial post

In the meantime I am losing my job only to be in line with millions of others. Our country has gone to hell in a hand basket our children are dieing every day in Iraq. I am starting to fear for my rights as a human being. I am looking for answers and results and this damn country wants to know what Bush did for six stinking months 30 years ago. ITS THE ECONOMY STUPID!

sorry I am getting angry
