seems to me that one would like at least 2-to-1 for the results to be meaningful.....

I suspect that part of the problem is that a lot/most of the news services are using headlines of the form "Bush releases military records", leaving out the little three words "some of his"....

The results would be more striking if the headlines instead read something like "Bush refuses to release all military records", or "Bush reneges on his promise of full disclosure"....

so much for the media..... lol
