Gov Richardson suggested as much for the'08 elections. The way it is now other states will be doing the deciding for Calif and others. All due respect to NM and WA ,AZ. , what about the rest of us?. This is no fair.

1. I agree...
Colorado isn't even holding a primary because of money, and if we were it would be April 7th!

I swore that it was the 12th, because my friend (a green) wanted to vote in the Caucus and he said that party affiliation has to be secure by Feb 11th. Maybe it was 60 daysinstead of 28.

anyway , here goes...

And yeah, having it that late is worthless. Maybe the Dem party would pay attention to us if we held ours on the same day as NH.

2. I agree, too.
I'm with Liberalboy. In CO, we don't have any say at all.

6. This is what I would like to see
It's well balanced with all kinds of voters in every section, and if they were all a week apart, we would have a real representation of strength.. Every section has major media.. It's all media anyway these days..

7. Yes
We are all ignored in the Primaries. I would like some sort of rotating regional primary. I know it means that the early primaries will cost more, but they already do. I don't think it serves our country well that NH and Iowa have so much power over selecting the nominee. My opinion has nothing to do with who they chose. It's about who gets the attention and focus.
