Must Read: MWO Nails Our "16-year-old" President
This is just DEAD ON THE MONEY. Bravo, Media Whores Online.

http://www.mediawhoresonline.com/

The silliest moment occurred when Bush said (during his MTP appearance) his abysmal approval ratings reflect the fact that people resent it when asked to sacrifice. Oh? So the American people increasingly view Bush as a failure because they've been asked to sacrifice?

Bush then puffed himself up and added "...I'm not gonna change, see?"

An entirely appropriate declaration. For an insolent, self-absorbed 16-year-old who wants to appear tough and independent. But it was a ridiculous response for a 57-year-old adult and ostensible "leader" of the most powerful country in the world - a democracy, where opposing viewpoints should be considered and addressed on their merits, not turned into discussions about how tough and independent he is.

"I think that people when you do hard things, when you ask hard things of people, it can create tensions. And I heck, I don't know why people do it. I'll tell you, though, I'm not going to change, see? I'm not trying to accommodate."

The occupant of the people's White House, who fully understands he sits in the people's White House not by virtue of their electoral consent but as a result of an appointment by his Poppy's pals, isn't going to accommodate anyone, much less the people whose votes he fought to void.

As Senator Kerry says, Bush is the same person he was in college. He is an emotionally retarded, entitled frat boy and an embarrassment.

The appearance was a disaster. The good news is Dubya looked like a wounded animal. The bad news is everyone knows that's when they're most dangerous.

2. Considering he didn't win the popular vote...
I don't think that kind of rhetoric will help him. It further alienates us, and will certainly disturb those who are suspicious of his "uniter, not divider" statements.

This can only help us. Do you think the "liberal" media will replay clips of this interview? My prediction: probably not.
