15 minutes with the Faux Morning Zoo Crew.
This morning I learned:

Russert was really, really hard on Bush.

Faux is very worried about Bush's polling.

Bush is getting unfairly hammered by the media.

Ronald Reagan won the Cold War.

No Democrat is attacking Kerry except Dean.

Kerry is getting a pass from the media.

Faux is rooting for the success of "Deaniacs" (Their word)

Gore is a Madman.

Gore is ready to snap.

Gore is a Madman.

Gore is getting a pass from the media.

Al Qaeda bought a suitcase nuke. Vote Bush or Die!

1. Faux IS very worried about *'s polling
Flipping thru the channels I saw their polling expert saying that things will only get better for dubya because the economy is so great and Kerry can't win on the war issue because "merikuns know it was the right thing".

2. E.D. was on a local NY station news years ago
and I liked her,

watching her on Faux has reduced that significantly,

she is VERY conservative, and yet she seems the only one on the Fox and Friends program who is honest. She may be biased, but she does not let that color her view of the facts as much as her co horts.

5. They read from the RNC fax machine
Watch the idiots at 8 AM. For 15 minutes they read directly from the RNC talking points of the day. The biggest idiot is Steve Doocy. I don't know how Roger Ailes can put this goon on the air. E.D. will occasionally make a point not from the script, but basically she's campaigning for Bush. I don't know how they get away with this. Bring back the Fairness Doctrine.

On the weekend show Julian tries to make some sense of things, but is overrode by Juliet who is a total birdbrain.

6. I watched 2 minutes of Faux yesterday and saw this poll:
Do you think if Democrats were in the White House, they would have gotten different intelligence on Iraq?

Results (estimated from memory):
Yes: 13%
Maybe: 15%
No: 72%

Fauz has totally swallowed (or is at least committed to pushing) the Bush bulls*** about "well, we had the same intelligence as the previous administration and the rest of the world", and they somehow think this poll means "case closed".

As if the question of what YOU DID with that intelligence is irrelevant.
As if the question of whether you exaggerated any of that intelligence to suit your political goals is irrelevant.
As if the question of whether you outright ignored or dismissed intelligence that did not suit your political goals is irrelevant.
As if the months worth of on-site intelligence gathered by U.N. Inspectors between Oct. 2002-March 2003 does not exist.

WELL! Okay, case closed! The intelligence would have been the same, the Dems would have done everything the same, up is down, black is white, and we don't have any idea WTF we are talking about!
