Atrios at Eschaton notes the "strangest document yet".

So, no "official" change paperwork since 1974.

One thing this almost resolves in my mind is whether aWol tried to have his 'spin' number (SPN) changed on his DD214. Back in those days the 214 carried a 3 digit number that indicated more about the reason for separation or nature of service, like was the person a bed-wetter or had they misplaced a large aircraft, etc.

The 'warning' at the end is probably standard stuff, but its still interesting.
