I live in TN and received a "political survey call"
Asked if I would answer some questions and I said "yes". The next thing I knew this person was talking about how Kerry and Clark are lying to people and can't be trusted. The 1st thing I thought was that this person was a Republican helping to elect Bush. I cut loose on them and told them if they want to hear lies just listen to the appointed one sitting in the whitehouse and they must be Republican because saying sh-t like this is only going to help Bush. I hung up on them. Afterwards I thought perhaps this was someone from Edwards campaign. If it was, this sure would not be the way to go about getting people to vote Democrat.
RE-ELECT A DEMOCRAT 2004!!!!

2. I'm in TN.

I've received 3 phone calls. Two for Clark, and one pre-recorded by Edwards. I'd say it was repubs.

You might want to ask a mod to move this thread to GD2004 forum, since it mentions the candidates' names.

3. Did you remember where they said they were from?
I used to do push-polling for Republican candidates (longer story than I'd like to go into here...was almost ten years ago) and we'd say we were from the "National Research Center". It's really some company named "CampaignTel" that used to have a call center in Grand Rapids Michigan.

4. Push Poll
Sounds like a push poll.

Same thing the Bushies did to McCain in 2000 in SC.
