As Bush tries to shut up reports on Iraq; two more GI's killed...
A U.S. soldier was killed Thursday when his armored personnel carrier hit a land mine on the dangerous road from central Baghdad to the city's airport, the military said.

The mine exploded beneath an M113 armored personnel carrier, killing the soldier and wounding three others, the military said.

Earlier, the military reported the death of a soldier from small-arms fire northeast of Baghdad late Wednesday.

2. Tom Delay relies upon plenty of minorities...
...being willing to take the place of good white Republicans to pay those prices too. Tom Delay should go directly to Hell without passing Go and without collecting $200.

Easy for DeLay to say since he's not the one making the "payment".

6. Did y'all know
that early in DeLay's career, he was asked about his military record. He replied, in front of a room full of witnesses, that he had wanted to enlist during 'Nam but that he didn't because all those "minorities" needed those jobs.

I'm not kidding - he said that.

Good Heavens, we’re sending a man to make peace in the Middle East who caused all-out war in the Texas Legislature.
