He's never once in his life had to worry about a job, housing, paying his bills or having to provide medical care for his family. He just doesn't understand what the rest of us have to deal with on a daily basis, for our entire life. No matter what you do about jobs, medicare, immigration, etc, you make some people happy, and some unhappy. and doesn't want to use their own eyes? The guy looks hungover on so many days, particularly after weekends. Red eyes, bloated-looking and so on.
