Campaign fund-raising question
The Bush campaign $200 million dollars or so.

What if the heat keeps up on the Bush junta over their numerous lies and crimes to the point that Bush withdraws from the 2004 race? What happens to the $200 million? Is it inherited by whatever candidate the Repugs choose? Does Bush keep it?

I imagine much of it is donated to the GOP, but some of it is undoubtedly donated to the Bush-Cheney 2004 organization too.

Anyone know what happens to the money if Bush drops out? (Or is thrown in jail?)
