Will Bush be nervous that during a debate the Dem nominee will AWOL him?

I was just thinking about this. There is really no good answer for Bush if it were to be brought up. It would be like asking someone when they quit beating their wife on national television. I really doubt it would ever come up during a debate but you never know? There is always that slightest chance that it will come up. And the Chimp boy will be thinking about this the entire time. I know I won't missing any of the debates this year.

A questioner may bring it up, but for our candidate to do so would hurt himself more than the target.

This is a general rule of negative campaigning.

But, if Bush is hit with this question, he'll just deny and obfuscate of course.

They couldn't possibly allow him to speak in an open forum. Not even a semi-scripted one at this point. Look instead for dirty tricks, press leaks, distractions, bad-guy catchings...anything but Bush actually addressing any issue. Won't happen. Can't happen.

Both candidates spend days rehearsing for the debates. He will enter well prepared, and will have his lines well memorized. Never underestimate your opponent.
