Kevin Cooper case. (ExecutionTuesday.)
Just passing this on. I don't know whether to believe he's guilty or not.

(While doing a search on the case, I ran across a thread in Freeperville. They are all 100% convinced he's guilty, if that will help you sleep better at night, because you know they have such clear analytical skills and balanced judgment.)

Presented on http://www.democracynow.org/article.pl?sid=04/02/05/177249">Democracy Now yesterday and http://www.flashpoints.net/index.html">Flashpoints also, the case for innocence of Kevin Cooper, and his planned execution on Tuesday. Gov. Schwarzenegger denied appeal.
*Did one man really kill 4 people in 2 minutes with 3 murder weapons?
*Why was one victim clutching blond hairs in her hand if Cooper is African American?
*Who is the man who told a UPI reporter that Cooper was totally innocent, that he had been asked to plant evidence at the crime scene?
*Why did the one child who survived the attack repeatedly say that it was 3 white or hispanic guys who did the attack?
*A different man confessed in prison that he was involved in the attack.
