21. He is nothing like Bob Hope
Edited on Thu Jul-31-03 05:35 PM by Democat
Bob hope was a conservative, but he did not spend his time bashing those to the left of him. Unlike Miller, he tried to inject comedy into his comedy act. In fact, Hope went out of his way to at least appear neutral on stage through most of his life.

Dennis Miller is just a right wing shill, more like Coulter than Hope.

7. I always heard
back when he at least seemed more liberal that it was mostly an act and people would be surprised at what he really thought.

In other words he was is and will alway be, primarily, a phony.

15. dennis moron
I always had the impression that he was a right winger. He certainly took pleasure in Clinton bashing.

When he got hired by Monday Night Football, I e-mailed abc to let then know that that was the reason I stopped watching. I also haven't eaten a pizza hut pizza since they used rush limpbough as a spokesperson.:puke:

9. I think it's when he got canned from MNF
something tells me that his short-lived tenure on MNF was the first time he'd ever felt like "one of the guys" and when they dumped him, he felt like he had to do something to get back in the good graces of these Father Figure middle-aged conservatives.

I suspect we're in some deep Freudian waters here.

When people he knew compared Rudy Guliani to Hitler when in fact he thought Rudy was doing a great job cleaning up New York.

11. He liked H Ross Perot
Edited on Thu Jul-31-03 03:29 PM by Classical_Liberal
but then so did alot of liberals for different reasons. I really noticed it during the impeachment. I just think mostly it is people who scared shitless because of 9/11. Did anyone see James Woods's hilarious interview in Salon. How he avoided the Iraq issue like the plague. We can't let he Niger thing die folks.

The man's a self-centered whiner.
