4. Do you believe...
that sentencing should be equal for users and dealers?

5. No, but in many of these cases
the number of pills Rush had would have been an automatic charge of "intent to distribute". Rightly or Wrongly, that is the truth.

7. He hasn't been arrested.
But he had roughly 1,000 more pills than this woman had.

10. The authorities confiscated 1000+ pills from him
and did not arrest him? That seems pretty stupid and unfair to me.

12. Well, he's not going anywhere.
I guess the grand jury is still out. But this is florida, and he is a rich white man.

11. Exactly. But member of the Imperial Entourage get a free pass
I'd be quite surprised if Pigboy's sentence was any more than 30 actual days of jail time, and probably NONE, considering his close ties with the Emperor and his Stooges.

9. What else was on her record?
I don't want to paint myself as a limpballs supporter, and I readily admit I want the legalization of all drugs-- that said, I expect the justice system to work in a non-biased manner when it does prosecute people for selling drugs.

Selling or dealing is not looked on as the same as buying by our legal system.

Usually, dealers have a long rap sheet of other crimes, some of them are serious.

13. Some people can afford to be "less serious" about their drug dealing
I suppose that's what counts, eh?

14. Rush has a record, doesn't he?
Wasn't he arrested for trying to solicit a male prostitute?
