1. In the case of Iraq, the whole world is watching
and folks outside of the USA seem a bit harder to trick.

So, did they get all the 'puters out of Frist's offices so there is no more evidence of their hacking? Isn't that what it was all about?

3. makes sense that it was planted and not mailed
the staffer who reported it said he only noticed it after returning from lunch. somebody probably snuck in and dumped it on the stack of mail.
