5. Take a look at this!
FPC poll: Likely NH Democartic primary voters interested Gore and HRC candidacies...

More results from a Franklin Pierce College poll released this week finds if Al Gore or Hillary Rodham Clinton entered the Democratic presidential race today they would enjoy front-runner status in the Granite State.

When asked, 26 percent of 500 Democratic and independent voters said Gore would be their first choice if he entered the race. Twenty-five percent said the same thing about Clinton.

The poll found that a Gore candidacy would hurt John Kerry's support the most. A Hillary Clinton run would hurt both Kerry and Howard Dean almost equally.

Gore ain't running. If he does surface and try and crash the party of democratic candidates who have worked their heart out then that just goes to show you what an poor candidate he would make today.

He can figure out that that will further divide the party worse than Nader......With that thought in mind, he won't want to officially loose to *bush.....He could never recover from such a failure....

He won't run......

10. Watch Tweety Screw over Gore again
Tweety seemed to have a real hate-on for Gore. He just loved to ridicule him. Especially galling after how he lusted after Chimpy in his manly jeans.

14. Well, O.K., Just to Skewer Tweety First-hand Afterward
Edited on Thu Jul-31-03 06:02 PM by UTUSN
But I want to thank #s 8 and 10 for skewering Tweety now.

As for the suggestion in other threads that we be "smart" and "smother Tweety with encouragement"---------whenever he throws us a "positive" crumb--------nep, nup, nope, it just encourages him to believe he really IS "an icon" (as he declared himself to be after being lampooned on SNL.

This is a good place to repeat Darrell HAMMOND's cracking himself up when "doing" Tweezer, hardly able to get these words out: "For the FIFTY people who watch ths show..."

18. And just the other day he was asking if chimp was Ted Baxter.

That must mean he's decided that Chimp isn't a mindless, idiotic, brain dead, pompous, stuffed shirt like Ted Baxter after all. I'm so relieved to know that the fate of the world is in safe hands after all.

17. Heard that Matthews recent hard right pro GWB turn...
..was due to his stumping for the press secretary spot they gave Scott McClellan (a job he has wanted since Clinton was in office). Not that he hasn't been pro-right at other times, but his heavy criticism of the administration's neoconservatives toned way down after the rumor Ari was leaving started to circulate in the beltway. Perhaps his continued support is due either to new friends in high places he made with this effort, or because he feels McClellan's tenure is likely to be short lived (another recent rumor - take with a grain of salt).

20. Haha, HEARD Tweety Is Humping LUNTZ's Wig
But it was WISE for the CLINTON staff NOT to hire him, and actually the Shrubbites, too: Can you SEE the DISASTER of Tweety lording it over the press, SQUABBLING, and throwing HISSY FITS----------hah! he wouldn't last a day. He would be trying to call policy shots.

22. Haha, Tweets Calls Shrub "Moral Pillar", Jerry BROWN Calls US "Wacky"
These two claim Shrub's strength is his "moralily", that he "goes to bed (with Pickles) at 10 P.M." And BROWN, of all people, said there's something WACKY in the country crying out for a moral presentation.

23. Tweet: "We Might GO AFTER Him (GORE) AGAIN"
The guest handling the GORE segment was Jerry BROWN, who was dignified and circumspect. Tweezer showed a poll showing GORE at 26% leading the currently announced candidates and said:

"Who knows, if he runs again, we MIGHT GO AFTER HIM AGAIN." There you have the perfidious scumbag.

24. So Tweety admits the press 'had it in' for Gore, eh?
At least he's finally admitting it. I can't believe these teenager wannabes are our American press corp. Why don't they just have a "who's cutest" contest and throw their support behind that candidate.
