Stocks of artillery shells don't mean sh*t.

Even if he had mustard gas, that is a battlefield weapon, not a weapon of mass destruction.

Scott Ritter has stated that anthrax and other bio weps degrade over time and would have been useless if he did have them because there is no production facilites restocking aged equipment.
