Another shaken father writes to Bush...
"With heavy heart, tears in my eyes and a home full of sorrow, I pick up my pen to write you about a brave soldier, 2nd Lt. Seth J. Dvorin, U.S. Army. My son was killed in Iraq on Feb. 3, 2004 fighting in a war..."

If you're up to it you can read the entire letter here...

Does anybody think Bush ever sees this letter and if he does, will he give it a moments thought?

1. Depends. Does the writer have $2000 to donate to Shrub's campaign?

4. Nah - $2,000 doesn't mean anything to Shrub
now maybe if he gave hundreds of thousands or a million. Plus that calls into question that Bush* can actually read, which I have doubts about.

2. I am so sorry, Mr. Dvorin
"Why did my son and every other soldier that was killed, maimed and wounded have to suffer settling your vendetta?"

Imagine losing your child and knowing that it was all over something trivial?

7. I have been wondering what the families are feeling
who lost their loved ones in this war for oil based on lies.

I can't imagine losing my son or daughter and then finding out what we knew all along - it is such an unnecessary waste of a young life.

I applaud this father for having the courage to write this letter.
I have also sent feedback to the newspaper.

I hope the Dvorin family can find peace someday and may young Seth's soul rest in peace.

8. Last night on our local news
Philly station

A woman from NJ was on the news. Her son was just killed in Iraq. He was 22 I think. Beautiful young man. College graduate. (Rutgers) He had come home for 5 days at one point and said to his mom "It's not worth it -- what we're doing over there..." (Paraphrasing) He married his sweetheart during his time home, and then was sent back to Iraq and was killed.

This mother, heartbroken as you can imagine, looked into the camera and said with such controlled anger "How dare pResident Bush...how dare he send these troops over there." She then mocked Bush saying in a sing-song way "Oh there are weapons of destruction there.." And then she turned to the camera saying "Where?"

It was so emotional. The photo of that young man, and the anguish of the family over his loss was too sad for words.

10. I am LIVID!!
Words cannot express my anger at these total asswipes in office. I have a son who just turned 18, looking at colleges, wants to coach a little league team, has been to some Kerry meet-ups truly a GREAT kid. I just cannot imagine losing him for such a senseless, greedy purpose. My heart goes out to the Dvorin's.
