Please email Ralph Nader and politely ask him not to run:

I recommend including your full name and address so that they know you are for real.

1. Hell NO

I hope that he puts a chokehold on the Democratic Party over the war, trade issues, and worker's rights.

2. John Edwards, Dick Gephardt, Kucinich and Sharpton are anti-NAFTA
We already had the anti-NAFTA view expressed. I'm anti-NAFTA. But we need to get Bush out of office, not a third-party candidate expressing the anti-NAFTA view.

7. and will anybody act on the anti-NAFTA view? NO
Which means we get NOTHING

Even if we did get something we would still get mainly crumbs of off the table. I don't compromise anymore. I either get what I want or I walk away.

Like I said before, I will die before I EVER help a new crook get into the white house.

8. More at stake than NAFTA. Bush is funding research into mini-nukes.

If the US builds mini-nukes, so will other countries, and the use of nuclear weapons will be more acceptable.

John Kerry is against mini-nukes.

4. On January 20, 2005, either a Republican or a Democrat will take the oath
On January 20, 2005, either a Republican or a Democrat will take the oath of office.

If Ralph Nader runs, that will make it more likely that George W. Bush takes that oath.

Why not take five minutes to email Ralph Nader and ask him not-to peel away thousands of votes from a Democratic Presidential candidate?

5. No can do
I don't think that any American should be disuaded from running. If Nader wants to run, let him. If the Democrats can't get the votes, they shouldn't win. That is the way democracy works.

6. Democracy also involves strategy and expressing opinions.
Democracy also involves strategy and expressing opinions.

Yes, Nader has the legal right to run in 2004, but for the good of the country, please ask him not to. It's going to be a close election and the Democratic nominee will need every liberal vote he can get.
