The Hill publishes story on outted CIA agent, wilson's wife
Personally, I have been very disappointed that the outing of Valerie Plame by "2 administration officials" has not gotten more traction. This is a felony!!! There is an article today in The Hill, which touts itself as "The newspaper for and about the U.S. Congress." Anybody know more about this paper? Is this a publication really influential in DC?

Anyway, here's the article: http://www.thehill.com/marshall/073003.aspx

1. Where's the outrage?
This is so despicable. And they bushitas are not called to task, they are not made to answer and worst of all we have a so-called "president" (and I use that term loosely) who doesn't even give a rat's ass! If it weren't so run-of-the-mill anymore in expecting the media to ignore these things, it would be laughable. But I'm not laughing, I'm horrified. If they can do this to a CIA operative, what's next for you and me? I shudder to think....

7. Remember...
how old the Uranium story was before the national media WOKE UP to it? Many many months...

As long as we keep it alive here, hopefully the rest of the country will catch up.

3. This is a major scandal
I'm guessing it will hit the national media in say, 4-6 months.

4. Imagine if this had happened under Clinton
Can you imagine how this would have played out if two administration officals under a Clinton adminstration would have outed a CIA operative? The Republicans would have been foaming at the mouth to bring up impeachment charges.

It infuriates me that information like this doesn't get more traction.

Is it true that it was Novak who first made this information public? If yes, how is this not treason... even by the ridiculous standards that Coulter has been ranting about lately?

6. the information was given
to novak and time mag by the admin officials. i don't believe the 2 media are culpable since they did not have the knowledge first hand. i am not a lawyer but i think that they even have the right to protect their sources on this.

11. I like where he says, "why doesn't Bush just fire the people who did it?"
Maybe it's because BUSH DID IT.

He's totally the "cut off your nose to spite your face" kind of idiot who would put personal score-settling ahead of anything else.
