Poll question: Should * be arrested as soon as he leaves the White House?
I say the first act of duty by the new president should be to have the Secret Service grab him and have him arrested of high treason + election fraud. Then maybe later we can turn him over The Hague.

1. Stupid idea.
And then when someday the Reps win the elections, (And such a day will come.) the Democrats will then be arrested. A principle of a democracy is that the losers get to leave in peace.

Get a on your emotions, and THINK!!!!

12. Even Ann Coulter would agree ...
If the largest act of Treason is not exposed and accounted for, then this country / constitution is totally void and bankrupt

2. Then every time we have a power switch
The outgoing president will be arrested. That will take on ALL the characteristics of a third-world nation. Including, of course, the military taking over.

17. Right-wing fable: Clintons Never Stole from the White House
Read David Brock's "Blinded By the Right". He was a right-wing pundit who had an epiphany, and he exposes the right-wing campaign to destroy Clinton. Also Joe Conason's Book, "The Hunting of the President" is a great resource.

23. We already had a coup in 2000, did you miss it?
Arrest him now for treason, failing to protect the nation both via security and economically, and lying to get us into war.

14. Hell, why wait???
Arrest him right now! Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld-Rove and Mr. self-inflicted ricin himself, Bill 'Cat-Torturer' Frist, need to be tried for treason. And, here's a cheery thought: we all know what the penalty for treason is, right? :bounce:

15. Not necessarily but they need to cut all the heads off the hydra so
the BFEE cannot operate as a shadow government again and
undermine the new President as they did Clinton. No more
Mr. nice guy with these folks once they are out of power.
Expose everything they did and make sure that any one of them couldn't
get elected as a dog catcher. My 2 cents.

at least for lying to congress.

That's a crime.

21. I'd like to get to the bottom of all the shit
he's perpetrated since 11/00, but:

1. It won't play that well with the sycophants, and
2. Clark is not evil enough to do it.

I do believe the World Court would like a shot at him though...
