"It's Over" Hannity Caller Says.
Sent Hannity in a frantic rant. Happened to be flipping radio channels on the way home and caught the most beautiful catterwalling and crying you'd ever want to hear.

"it's all over" says the lamenting caller, "Bush is gonna lose." Everytime Hannity tried to give her reason to hope, she beat him down. "It's more than that, you can just feel it".

Hannity's actually begging for votes now. It's so funny to hear.

1. I hope we can leverage the Democrat win
with an exhaustive cultural discourse on the radical right wing media's culpability in the treasonous excesses of the last 12 years.

5. You forgot the -ic. It's Democrat-ic win, not Democrat win.
And the treasonous excesses of the last TWELVE years? Spare me. We've had treason since Jan 21, 2001. But that's what you meant to say, right?

14. I'm speaking of the media
whose unceasing attacks on Clinton's penis allowed the real work of the government to go undone and unscrutinized since '92.

It's the "Democratic"Party? I thought it was a rethuglican dis to refer to the Democratic Party. We're Democrats not Democratics.

The delgate is a Democrat who be attending the Democratic convention and nominating the Democrat who will become the next Democratic President. :-)

37. dipshit came from sheep dip
At least that is how I started to use the word back in the mid 70's.

I saw a western movie involving the cow and sheep ranchers basically at war with each other.

44. The point being
that as the cultural pendulum swings back to the left, media collusion with the right wing abuses must be mercilessly exposed, and the leading propogandists must be completely dishonored, to the point of being punch lines for jokes.

There are gay linguists that are attempting to create a new word for the frothy mixture of lubricant, semen and fecal material that is the residue of anal intercourse, using an infamous rethuglican's surname, "santorum." They are trying to get the term used in publications and literary works so that it can be included in the dictionary. That's the kind of lasting cultural stigma that needs to be attached to the treasonous right.

Pathological liars should be called "o'rileys", evil manipulators are "rovian" etc.

9. Sorry I don't know how to do links and stuff for radio programs, but he's
on for at least three hours during the day and since every day is the same as the next, anyday you tune in from now on, you're likely to hear him and his callers crying. Some of his callers are fighting him now. Bush is so raggedy right now they are all on the defensive.
They sound pretty desperate. I think it's the Kerry thing. They're getting scared.

Edited on Wed Feb-04-04 06:20 PM by Old and In the Way
I want a Tsunami to crash down on the RNC and destroy these war-profiteers and criminals who are selling out this country. I'm hoping that we can use the national public outrage to elect Democratic majorities in both House and Senate and then let the real investigations start. There is a lot of latent justice that awaits serving.

13. I want even more than that!
I want tribunals and grand juries to indict Bush and his entire cabinet for the many crimes they have committed, including treason and sedition.

I want to see the neonazicons (Perle, Wolfowitz, Feith, Bolton, Cheney, Abrams, and all the rest) frog-marched out of the White House and the Pentagon, in chains. The neocons should be shipped right off to Gitmo, and given a taste of the same justice they've been metting out to others.

Likewise, I would like to see certain parts of the Republican controlled media charged under the RICO act for aiding and abetting the regime. I would like to see the "new" Attorney General file anti-trust suits against the media as well.

I would like to see the new Dem dominated (in 04' or 06') Congress start impeachment proceedings against Scalia, Rhenquist, and Thomas.

Additionally, we need to see the new president, by executive order, re-institute the "Fairness Doctrine", new FCC anti-trust rules to break up the media conglomerates, and a new law making it punishable by death to de-fraud the U.S. Government during war time (hear that Halliburton?)

I've got much more, but that's a start.

18. That's A Damn Good Start
When Clinton got out he found the country in such a financial wreck it was essentially criminal. He didn't spill the beans. Instead he rolled up his sleeves and dove in and fixed it, never once shucking the blam on Poppy. Clinton was a gentlemen and let them slide, figuring it was in the best interest of the country to not know just exactly how bad a shape the country was in financially.

I have a sinking feeling that it's worse now. The Chimp did worse damage in 3 yrs than Reagan and Poppy did in 12. If a Dem wins, they can't let them slide this time. It has to be exposed and people have to be held accountable.

10. How exactly are all these macho warmonger
chickenhawks going to defend Bush's early escape from Guard service (15 months) and failure to take his physical in order to keep his pilot status during the height of soldiers being sent to Viet Nam? And soldiers dying in Viet Nam? Do our soldiers currently serving overseas (including Guard members and reservists) get the option of curtailing their service by 15 months? Do they get to take a paid political position arranged by their father in leiu of completing their military service? And why were tax dollars spent to train Dubya on a plane no longer being used in Viet Nam at the time of his training? What was the point of that...except to insure he never was sent overseas? Come on, macho soldier wannabes. I want to hear your detailed explanation of Bush's military record. Do you know he actually said, in the Houston Chronicle, "I've been to war. And raising twins is tougher." HaHa. When and where was he at war?

Our Great Leader, C+ Agustus, Brainstorm in a Teacup, is GOING TO LOSE!
Surely the world will end!
How can matter continue to exist under a Democratic administration?
Heaven will fall, because God didn't get his way! Everyone knows God votes Republican!
This is what drives me nuts about the RW. The have spent 3 years saying this is exactly how we act. 3 years of "you're just a crybaby because you didn't win." Now they even think they might not win, and they're so assured the world will end that they start crying in public.
If they didn't try to deify their leaders, maybe it wouldn't be such a shock when they fail. MY GOD, they are so self impressed! GET OVER YOURSELVES!

his Guard service records. Fascism is alive and well. He'll be awarded 4 Purple Hearts (to counter Kerry's 3) plus a Silver Star and a Bronze Star (again, to match Kerry) plus the Distinguished Service Medal and whatever else Rove can muster. Hey, if the Faux bimbos can refer to Bush as a "decorated Viet Nam fighter pilot" then anything is possible.

31. It's NOT going to work this time.
Americans be painfully S-L-O-W, but the insane *policies are reaching a critical mass in terms of "hitting home." 23,000 sick and wounded due to this *mercenary clusterfuck, returning home in a mess with cut services, by extrapolation begins to touch MILLIONS "personally"(even if it's my friend's girlfriend's cousin's kid.)

Now there's something about this *AWOL stuff that goes against some strong "core values." Rich kid who got a pass to party when he was 'sposed to be serving his country is the one sending YOUR KID into a hellhole. For SURE won't wash with the loved ones and caretakers of those who've returned with their LIMBS BLOWN OFF!!!

Never mind all that would have to go down is a conversion to Petro Euros to throw your behinds into the economic stone age OVERNIGHT. I conjecture that the ROTW will not stand idly by watching your fearless, sloppy drunk *chimp decimating everything he comes near.

Even if "We the People" wake up, wresting the *gubmint from the hands of this *slime will NOT be pretty. They will stop at NOTHING, including killing you en masse, to retain the power they've acquired.

27. Discussion in class this morn
I'm an art teacher, mu class adults, most 60 and older. It just started with one woman upset about the Price of a prescription and she could not afford it, it then escalated into politics real fast. In a class of 18, only one repug sat very quietly, while everyone ranted about bush. I let the discussion go on about the candidates, it was good, interesting points were made, and when it simmered down I just said "well, lets just remember ABB" . Got blank stares and said anybody but bush. They all agreed, so don't give up on Florida and us older citizens here!

38. I feel like...
... we are *almost* at the 'tipping point'. The tipping point is when sentiment towards Bush* takes a sudden and precipitous turn for the worse. We aren't there yet, and that is why they are going on the offensive, with MTP, speeches from Tenet, denounciations of AWOL assertions.

But they are really scared, because once the tipping point is reached it will be impossible to turn around.

Pass the popcorn :)

know how we just love to build people up, blow people up like a balloon, and then,

POW! Stick a pin in it and enjoy the damn thing farting around in the air until it drops. No matter who you are. You're subject to being the next american barbeque. The bigger you are, the better the show. I't almost like people are watching the balloon get bigger and bigger, and there's a man going, "not yet, not yet", everybody just waiting to poke the balloon with the pin.
