2. Michigan delegates
154 total delegates, most are district convention delegates determined by 2/7 vote (15% of total popular vote threshhold to qualify), rest are various combinations of allocated pledged or unpledged delegates chosen by State Central Committee or ex officio delegates. District conventions allocation National Convention delegates, etc etc zzzzzz
