If Smirk was serving as a campaign manager while on the TANG payroll, isn't this a crime? Shouild we be paying his salary while he serves as a partisan political operatove?

he was only a guardsman, one weekend a month, two weeks a year. You are supposed to have another job in addition to your guardsman work. The issue is that he never showed up for his duties as a guardsman for a year.

edit: And that he didn't get drafted because he had poppy get him a spot as a guardsman.
