i know i'm an asshole for saying it, and i'm sure to anger gore people. i love the guy, voted for him, probably would again, but surely we can find someone better than al. i don't think he has the fire in the belly, he could have, should have fought harder against all the ridiculous claims of being a chronic liar. he came off too goofy in the debate with a monkey, and lost. i believe that he won the election, and when it was ripped away from him, he barely protested. he caved, he should have fought it tooth and nail till the last dog died. we need someone tougher to take on these particularly ruthless men.

Al ain't that man. he's too nice, agrees too much with the gop, gets along too much with them, and is not defined enough as the anti bush candidate. we need someone more left leaning in my view.
too goofy. too wimpy. too vague. too diluted. too entrenched.
too bad too.

3. I agree wholeheartedly mopaul.
However, if he somehow won the nomination, I would vote for him again.

4. I'm with you MoPaul
and I had an idea on the way to work today that maybe you can do something with (your pez-bush above reminded me of it) if it doesn't suck. Something like this

you could write

THE NATURAL ENEMY OF THE CONSERVATIVE: THE TRUTH

and then below it you could have the Lady holding the liberty scales in Shrub's direction (kind of like shining light on a cockroach) as he cowers in a corner in terror. maybe you could even put a picture of someone shining light on a cockroach and liberty shining truth on shrub side-by-side? just an idea I had, and I have no comp. skills whatsoever besides typing:)

7. I love Al also.....
but I don't want him to run.

He is our rightful president. He got a raw deal, and the American people didn't stand behind him.

But he can't run now. Not after saying he wouldn't. The VRWC would make mincemeat out of him. Saying you can't trust his word, etc. He's painted himself into a corner. He should not even consider trying this time around.

I feel his time is still yet to come.

8. Yes, I agree...
he'll be painted as a "flip-flopper". The character assassination of him by the right will be given more fuel.

I would definitely vote for him again, but I think maybe laying low until '08 (if god forbid Bush wins again) might be a better strategy.

9. I think Al has his sights set on 2008.
If I am right, it means he believes Chimpy can't be beaten this time around either. If he ran and lost again, he would look like a loser for sure.
