17. Yeah, what total crap! The intelligence was/is SOLID GOLD!
It's the use/misuse/abuse of that intelligence at the White House that is the problem!

The cia gathered info that SH was not a threat to the US, had no connections to alqueda and/or 911. What is the problem with that, exactly?

Methinks the idea of sharpening the sword you want the CIA to fall on is a not a good plan, I wish bush* godspeed in implementing it as fast as possible though!

5. Didn't even notice that . . .
Instead of asking "Did they distort the intelligence," poll assumes that intelligence DID claim that Iraq had WMD, and Shrub et al. just went along.

Oh, well.

At least there seems to be a large number of people who believe he at least went along with a lie . . .

4. I get a message that
they are unable to record my vote!!

Obviously the vote has been so overwhelmingly against Bush and his cronies that they have decided to stop any further inputs till they can do a balancing act!!

I interpreted it as a way of skewing the vote.

8. I can't even vote because I an incompatible browser
Netscape is incompatible on a site like MSNBC. Give me a break. That's one way to screen out a certain type of person.

16. Nixon Numbers!
The ratio here reminds me of the numbers Nixon was getting when people were polled on a cover up.

I recall a what a comedianonce said about Nixon's polling numbers, The remaining 18% would believe Nixon if he choked Pat to death on national TV and claimed she was having a heart attack and he was only helping her by holding her up by the neck!"

I've been convinced since day one that this President would leave office with fewer than 30% of the voters supporting him.

He's well on his way with this.

20. why do people bother to vote "don't know"
on an internet poll? If I have no opinion (like the Jackson boob vs the Madonna kiss question) I just move on. Odd.

The CIA doesn't "get" intelligence "wrong". The CIA is not (should not be) in the business of interpreting intel. That is a political function. It's like letting the cop on the beat decide if you are guilty of speeding. Judges or juries do that. Silly argument. Kay is a pawn or a whore but at least he told the truth about the weapons themselves.
