Cloak and Dagger Banned by Bush

Is this just a crude attempt to get 'attention' or is there substance to their claims?

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRODUCER

The Cloak and Dagger Show was banned by President Bush. Former Vice-President Al Gore's office advised The Cloak that President Bush personally told Prime Minister Paul Martin that "in return for oil concessions Bush told Martin to get The Cloak and Dagger show off the air.

I was told that the station was going to make a "genre" change to comedy. And that the Cloak would not "fit in." Coincidence? I don't think so. Why get rid of a hit radio show because it's ratings are the highest in Toronto?

Of course, Cloak is the biggest satire around said Lenny Bloom.

"But Tom Heneghan (Tom of Venice) who is very close to former VP Al Gore told me that President Bush, when he met in Mexico with Paul Martin, made it part of the oil concession contracts that they were negotiating. Bush said he wanted Martin to cancel the Cloak and Dagger Show." I have been in contact with Gore since then to learn that he guaranteed its authenticity.

Anyone who has listened to our show knows the real reason The Cloak was cancelled. The reason is obvious.

We hit Big Brother right in the Achilles Heel and hard. Too much truth was given to the sheeple and the Bush Crime Cartel couldn't let it continue.

Evil does not like to be exposed to the light.

We will start streaming more light live to the Internet in a few weeks.

And we may go back on Radio real soon.

I am curious about their rather sensational claim about being shutdown...

3. I listened to the show a few times on am 640 in Toronto

Had the usual roundup of "conspiracy theorists" as guest. Sherman Skolnick of http://www.skolnicksreport.com was usually on in addition to other guests such as Mike Ruppert of www.fromthewilderness.com , Barrie Zwicker the Canadian TV journalist who rocked some boats when he came out and questioned the 911 story on his cable channel, Vision TV and they also had as a guest a couple weeks ago the ex-German defense minister who has openly questioned the official 9/11 story

I found it quite interesting the times I tuned in. They seem recently to spend much of their time disecting 9/11 and pointing out the holes in the official story that we've seen discussed on DU. Of course they go a step further and tie in the the PNAC/neo-con plans for US world rule into the theories about the Illuminati.

Can't say how true the claims they make about Dubya pressuring Paul Martin to have them shut down. But boy I loved listening to them talk on air about the shit the media whores never want to discus e.g. Bush Family shady dealings, the BCCI scandal and connections to the BFEE etc. I was wondering how long they'd be allowed to continue broadcasting on the public airwaves. They had to be ruffling some feathers, to say the least.


Might be worthwhile listening on the web once they get their streaming up and working for the web casts.

There are a lot of 'players' at DU--why risk personal hazards for needless public disclosures...

God_bush_n_cheney is a good guy--more informed than most and at the top of his game...

Two things I am most curious about:
1) If political pressure is being used to SHUTDOWN media outlets (slippery slope to fascism)
In the Canadian context, last week there was a seizure by the RCMP of a reporter's 'tools of the trade'--spooky because it was the RCMP and what they might have done regarding the Maher Arar case that was being reported upon by Juliet O'Neill

2 CnD rebuttle mentions Al Gore? Why would Gore be privy to the inner machinations of the Bushites and Paul Martin?
Given Al's newfound frankness, I would think he would be the last one to get the skinny on a 'top level' request...

Gore as well as Hillary and Bill have their own shadow gov intel networks. They keep watch on each other you see.They also try very hard to keep track of Black Op money accounts that one administration goes to great lenghts to hide from the incoming administration. Its all "spy games" you see. Really.
