12. Somebody on Malloy said that this was about the server

used in Frist's office to spy on Dems activities last year, that it would now give the BFEE a reason to declare the whole office (which was used for the 'break in')to be contaminated and hence, everything (EVIDENCE) destroyed.

Sounds right on the money IMO.
