She does not seem to care that her waist is often infringed upon and challenged by this dropping and flopping. She does, in fact, often appear to be under the influence of some rictus inducing, happy, smiley drug while ignoring this very serious, gravity challenge.

I do think that those who would try to help, would at least suggest to her that she install a full length mirror in her bedroom so she can take a good look at how she present herself to the rest of the world. To be fair, maybe she only has a mirror that shows her face and shoulders, so she is never aware of how the rest of herself looks. :shrug:
